These terms and conditions regulate the conditions of purchase and use of gift vouchers (vouchers) for the use of services in the FIELD restaurant operated by Field Restaurant s.r.o.
FIELD gift vouchers can be purchased:
The restaurant's website allows you to select, order and pay for the voucher by credit card through a secure online payment gateway.
When purchasing a voucher through the website, the customer provides their name, email address and phone number. These details are used for the registration of vouchers and are used to track down the necessary information for the delivery and redemption of the voucher.
When purchasing a voucher via the web, the customer can preview exactly what the voucher looks like.
Gift vouchers can be delivered by:
Electronic voucher to an email address. In the case of a web purchase, we allow you to deliver the voucher immediately in electronic form (PDF) to the email address you provide.
We offer you a printed original voucher when purchasing directly at the restaurant or when shipping by Czech Post.
A gift voucher for a specific menu can be used to pay for the consumption of the menu that is specified in the voucher offer, for the number of persons specified in the voucher offer. The voucher is purchased at the price stated on the voucher at the time of purchase. The price of the specific menu at the time of redemption is not decisive at the time of redemption; the voucher always entitles you to consume the specific menu listed (e.g. if the price of the menu increases between the time of purchase and redemption, no additional payment is required). Consumption of items not included in the voucher is subject to the standard current price list of Field Restaurant.
When redeeming a voucher for a specific amount, the value of the voucher is deducted from the total price for any consumption at FIELD Restaurant.
Redemption of the voucher at the restaurant is done by the customer presenting a printed or electronic copy of the gift voucher at checkout.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for funds. No refunds are possible when redeeming a voucher for a specific amount.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the time of purchase and are clearly marked on the voucher. After the expiry date, the voucher becomes invalid.
In justified cases, the validity of the voucher can be extended. The extension is decided by the restaurant manager, who can be contacted via the contacts listed on the restaurant's website.
In the event of a long-term closure of the restaurant, the voucher is extended for the duration of the closure.

In the case of purchases made by means of remote means, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason and without any penalty. If the voucher has already been used, the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract.
By submitting an electronic order, you accept the provisions of the terms and conditions as in force on the date of sending your order.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
These terms and conditions are effective from 1.6.2021.
